Crews from the London Fire Brigade are diverting water produced by a ruptured water main using flood barriers.
Early on Sunday morning, flooding close to King's Cross Station was triggered by a broken water main, which resulted in the evacuation of a hotel.
Eight fire stations and roughly sixty firemen were dispatched to the incident on Pentonville Road, which was affecting an area of about 250 square meters, according to the London Fire Brigade (LFB).
Due to flooding, officials had to evacuate about 20 people from the neighboring King's Cross Express Inn. According to LFB, the basements of "multiple" residential and commercial structures were also impacted.
After being contacted at 04:07 BST, the brigade reported on Sunday afternoon that traffic would still be "heavily impacted" despite floodwaters "receding" close to King's Cross.
