JERUSALEM (AFP): At least six individuals were stabbed at four different locations in Hadera city, according to Israeli police, who described the incident as a "terrorist attack." Some of the victims were said to be critically injured.
Six people were stabbed during the attack, which happened at four separate locations. According to a police statement, "the suspect was located a short while ago, and the suspect was neutralized by shooting."
Emergency service provider Magen David Adom stated, "We treated several injured individuals in varying conditions, some of whom were in serious condition."
It continued, "We started transferring them to Hillel Yaffe Medical Center and administered life-saving medical care."
The attack takes place over a week after a shooting and stabbing incident in Tel Aviv, Israel, that left seven people dead and was claimed by Hamas.
Since October 7, when Hamas struck southern Israel and sparked a war in the Gaza Strip, Palestinian militants have targeted Israelis multiple times.
